IKEA is a values-driven company on a never ending journey to be the leader in life at home. We have a passion for this and see home as the most important place in the world. Our promise to deliver well designed, functional and sustainable products at the lowest possible price means we’re always developing with this in mind.
IKEA gives down-to-earth, straightforward people the opportunity to grow as individuals and professionals. Together we work to create a better everyday life for ourselves and our customers.
The IKEA concept, like its founder, was born in Småland. This is a part of southern Sweden where the soil is thin and poor. The people are famous for working hard, living on slender means and using their heads to make the best possible use of the limited resources they have. This way of doing things is at the heart of the IKEA approach to keeping prices low. But quality is not compromised for the sake of cost.
The IKEA trading organization forms a link between the factory floor and the products on IKEA shelves. Trading’s aim is to find the best buy for IKEA. This requires Trading to source new suppliers, look for new production possibilities or outstanding new products and materials.
We are currently hiring excellent business people with strong personality who can match with our value and culture to become part of Our Team Member as :
