The principal business activities of Wira Cipta Perkasa cover the following area: Gas jack Compressor (Compressco), Seismic Acquisition , Mechanical, Instrumentation (Ignition System), Personal contract services (Man Power), Specialized products (Valve, Wire rope, OCTG, PUMP); and Oilfield chemical .

1. Project Coordinator (one person)

• Minimally graduating from S1 Degree
• Minimally 4-year experience within Oil & Gas environment managing 200 persons
• Capable of operating computer Microsoft Word and Excel (minimal)
• Fluent in English
• Good communications skill
• Mastering and comprehending safety, health and environment (SHE) regulation

2. Site Representative (2 persons)

• Minimal D3 graduate
• Having experience in managing at least 200 persons, minimally two years in oil and gas company.
• Having skill Excel and Microsoft Word (minimal)
• Fluent in English
• Good communications skill
• Knowing/mastering safety, health and environment (SHE) regulation
• Having certificate Auditor ISO 14001

3. Site administration (2 persons)

• Minimally Senior High School (SMA) graduate
• At least two-year experience in administering manpower contract in oil and gas industry
• Having computer skill Microsoft Word and Excel (minimum)
• Fluent in English
• Good communications skill
• Knowing/mastering SHE regulation

4. Operation Support (3 persons)

• Minimally SMA graduate
• At least 2-year experience
• Having computer skill Microsoft Word and Excel (minimal)
• Fluent in English
• Good communications skill

5. SHE Officer (1 persons)

• Minimally D3 graduate
• At least 4-year experience in SHE Officer
• Already attending training course as SHE Officer / AK3 from the Manpower Ministry and other institutions, HUET, Sea Survival and Fire Fighting Training Course
• Capable of operating computer Microsoft Word and Excel (minimal)
• Fluent in English
• Good communications skill

6. Document Controller

Job description
a) Consolidating the whole related-department documentation and ascertaining the availability of storage room.
b) Renewing and maintaining filing system which is relevant and easy to use for all kinds of media to ascertain that the whole staffs of the related departments are trained to use the filing system properly.
c) Selecting, developing and supervising resources in accordance with the objective of daily maintenance of the whole related department documents
d) Cooperating with secretary of other departments in the integration of filing system of Santos document.
e) The other required work.

Qualification
a) Minimally graduating from D3 Degree in Secretary or the relevant professional association.
b) At least three-year experience in the similar position.

7. Inventory Analyst

Job Description
a) Assisting project and program in operational inventory to maximize contribution to company.
b) Assisting business program management in organizing logistic aspect of the presentation of weekly inventory and other activity.
c) Coordinating product inventory, balance and payment with vendor every week,
d) And other required work.

Qualification
a) Minimally D3 graduate in secretary or the relevant professional association
b) At least three-year experience in inventory analysis by using Ms Excel.
c) Having work experience in sophisticated technology business environment in the management of vendor and supplier, material planning and scheduling.
d) Understanding warehouse inventory control, physical inventory audit and global scope material transportation.
e) Understanding database, data relation and capable of analyzing data.
f) Having skill to regulate complex project and daily project.

8. Logistic Support

Job Description
a) Executing storage management for the whole spare parts and durable goods after coordinating with HOD to support daily operation
b) Preparing periodical stock of the whole spare parts and durable goods and preparing record of the whole goods coming into and out of warehouse
c) Preparing the filling of stocks/re-ordering to continue preserving minimum stock after coordinating with HOD.
d) Maintaining and supervising the whole equipment jinjibg, chain hoist, snatch block, etc so that the equipment remains ready to use and is available if required.

Qualification
a) Minimally graduating from S1.
b) Having knowledge of material and PTK-007.
c) Good analytical skill
d) Good cooperation skill

9. Business Analyst

Job Description
a) As Person in charge (PIC) in the project of the enhancement of Supply Chain Management System.
b) Collecting the requirements and documentation to design business-process upgrading model.
c) Analyzing and designing diagram system, starting from user demand up to technical specification.
d) As trainer of new system or application
e) Standardizing document of Supply Chain Management Enhancement Project.
f) And other required work

Qualification
a) Minimally graduating from S1 Degree in Industrial engineering, Technology Information, Economy/Management
b) Having excellent technical knowledge and capability in Oracle ERP Program, Web Programming, Database, & Operating System.
c) At least three-year experience in Database/ Operating/ Programming/ System Development.

10. Procurement Officer

Job Description
a) Coordinating with other departments in preparing tender
b) Supervising and regulating the procurement process in company
c) Coordinating with the Logistic Section in the fulfillment of requirements related to contract or purchase order.
d) Discussing with staff of legal department with regards to the exception executed by bidder or contractor and claim which may occurs during the procurement process or the execution of purchase order or contract.
e) And other required work

Qualification
a) Minimally graduating from S1.
b) Having technical knowledge and skill in the use of relevant computer application

11. Application Officer

Job Description
a) Ascertaining IT System to run properly.
b) Ascertaining the absence of significant complaint from user.
c) Ascertaining daily TI activity to run properly without significant problem
d) Observing and preserving behavior and safety related to corporate safety regulation
e) And other required work

Qualification
a) Minimally graduating from S1 degree in TI from leading university
b) Understanding well TPC/IP.
c) Understanding well Windows Server, WINNT, WIN200, Citrix Application, Exchange Server, Lotus Notes.
d) Having knowledge of hardware computer, and fixation of computer failure
e) Having certificate MCP and CCNA.

12. Project Manager

Job Description
a) Ascertaining work program or IT project to run properly
b) Providing leadership and direction in the managerial aspect of IT project
c) And other required work

Qualification
a) Minimally graduating from S1 Degree in TI from leading university
b) At least 3-year project leadership experience in TI
c) Having knowledge of computer applications, computer hardware and fixation of computer failure.
d) Good English skill in writing and verbally

13. Information Management Officer

Job Description
a) Involved in regulation and supervision over Santos documentation system to ascertain documentation management to run properly
b) Executing Santos Information Management Framework, covering maintenance, execution and training in classification structure and extension manual.
c) Providing assistance in training and development of electronic recording and documentation system in accordance with new policy, procedure and system
d) Involved in the monitoring of the transfer, storage, archiving, and destruction of non-active documents and offsite storage and ascertaining that only authorized employees could only access confidential document
e) And other required work

Qualification
a) Minimally Graduate of S1 Degree in TI and library
b) Having knowledge related to oil and gas industry
c) Having project and contract management skill
d) At least 3-year experience in the similar position

14. Safety Officer

Job Description
a) Managing timetable administration of EHS project, including EHS initiatives, Base Business Plan and Improvement Plan.
b) Involved in activities of EHS members and providing non-technical assistance if required.
c) Organizing, preparing and attending EHS meeting.
d) Collaborating with EHS stakeholder.
e) Assisting members of EHS department in the procurement process, monitoring of contract and regulating database of EHS contract.
f) Responsible for the routine production of EHS, externally or internally
g) Managing and monitoring (as project manager) of specific projects in accordance with directive of EHS, Security, and IT Manager.

Qualification
a) Minimally graduating from S1 or D3 Degree in the relevant field

Job Description

a) Minimally graduating from S2 Degree in the relevant field
b) At least five-year experience in the similar position

16. Environmental Specialist

Job Description
a) Involved in the environment-related monitoring and reporting
b) Managing environmental conservation related to certification ISO 14001 in Oyong field.
c) Assisting in securing Certificate ISO 14001 in Grati field.
d) Assisting Environmental Coordinator to accomplish other EHS targets in 2014
e) And other required work

Qualification
a) Minimally Graduating in S1 Degree in environment engineering
b) At least three-year experience in the environment field, particularly in relations to oil and gas exploration, development and production
c) Experience in EHS field.

17. Rotating Equipment Specialist
Estimated required personnel: Two (2) persons

Qualifications :
1. Hold Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering discipline from a reputable University with 15-20 years as Mechanical / E&I Engineer in Oil & Gas Company.
2. Shall have an advance/expert experiences in Oil & Gas for rotating equipment Maintenance, overhaul, installation & commissioning and/or design. Supporting certificates have to be submitted including recommendation from appropriate manufacture / association.
3. Must have minimum 15 years offshore experience (s).
4. Proven excellent health.
5. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English, familiar with professional standard report of activities stated in item #2.

18. Mechanical and Instrumentation Engineers & Piping Integrity Specialist/Engineer
Estimated required personnel : Four (4) persons

Qualifications:
1. Hold Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical /Instrumentation Engineering discipline from a reputable University with 8-10 years as Mechanical / E&I Engineer in Oil & Gas Company as piping Integrity Specialist/Engineer.
2. Shall have experience in Oil & Gas Maintenance Management System especially for rotating equipment (preferably SAP System), Rotating equipment over hauling (Gas Compressor) and / 0r M/E/I Project execution and commissioning and Mandatory experiences on “Offshore Pipeline Inspection & Free Span Intervention Project / Study” for Piping Integrity Specialist
3. Shall Have experience on Oil & Gas Piping Project, piping design and familiar with all applicable standards for equipment / material. Preferable have a welding certificate or piping inspection certificate and certified for NDT job. Familiar with pipeline inspection data interpretation or any underwater facilities data and mandatory experiences on “Offshore Pipeline Inspection & Free Span Intervention Project / Study”.
4. Must have minimum 8 years offshore experience. (for Piping Integrity Specialist)
5. Must have minimum 6 years offshore experience (s).
6. Proven excellent health.
7. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English.

19. Chemical Engineer
Estimated required personnel: One (1) person

Qualification:
1. Hold Bachelor in Chemical Engineering discipline from a reputable University with 8-10 years as chemical engineer. Preferably with experience in Oil & Gas sector.
2. Shall have experience in Oil & Gas Chemical Optimizing and Management Project, familiar with tools or software for defining chemical efficiency / KPI both of bid purpose and field application purpose.
3. Must have minimum 6 years offshore experience.
4. Proven excellent health.
5. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English.

20. QA /QC Engineer
Estimated required personnel: One (1) person

Qualifications :
1. Hold Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering from a reputable University with 8-10 years as QA/QC engineer.
2. Shall have experience in Oil & Gas Project especially QA/QC matter, familiar with all applicable regulations / standard regarding to QA/QC function.
3. Shall have an intermediate understanding of fabrication and installation techniques for piping, valve an d structural work, have a welding inspector certificate or piping inspector certificate and certified for NDT job. Familiar with Auto cad application or any appropriate drawing application software.
4. Proven excellent health.
5. Must be fluent in communicating and reporting in English.
6. Must have minimum 6 years offshore experience.
